The damage deposit is equal to your first months rent.

We've got an assortment of different sized suites dispersed throughout (3) buildings. We have bachelor suites, 1 & 2 bedrooms. Our suites have lots of storage and the majority have been extensively updated.

We are happy to look at your personal circumstances and will do our best to work out an agreement that is acceptable for both parties.

We do! We will consider pets on an individual basis. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.

Your heat, water, laundry facilities, garbage disposal, outdoor maintenance such as snow shoveling and grass cutting are all included. You would only be responsible for your electricity and internet.

Each suite comes with (1) energized parking stall. There is also plenty of street parking available.
